This project was conceived by Applied Energy during the course of Y2K assessments that were carried at the turn of the millennium and the subsequent role out of BEMS upgrades and expansions that followed. The concept essentially entailed the development of bespoke user friendly software that enables staff to see the affects of energy management functions in financial terms on an hour by hour, day by day or week by week basis thereby enabling quick and easy comparisons to be made in order to assess the effectiveness of either simple or complex energy saving functions.
